Rights and Reproductions

Thank you for your interest in Patrick Nagel and his artwork. The Patrick Nagel Estate owns the international copyright to artwork created by Patrick Nagel and held by the estate of the artist. His artwork may not be reproduced in any way without express written permission from the Patrick Nagel Estate, including use by artificial intelligence (AI) programs. All requests for image use must be reviewed and approved by the Estate and Artestar, and his artwork may not be reproduced without our express written permission. We review requests on a per-case basis.

Licensing

Only Artestar has permission to license the Nagel archive on behalf of the Patrick Nagel Estate. Artestar is a global licensing agency  and creative consultancy representing the Estate of Patrick Nagel. If you are interested in collaborating, please contact Artestar on our Contact page.
